Individual Music Therapy

I have experience working with kids, teens, and adults with a variety of conditions, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, anxiety and other mental health challenges. I’ve helped clients work on a variety of skills, such as communication, emotional awareness, movement, autonomy, and stress management.

Individual Music Therapy

As a music therapy client of Flourish, you can expect:

  • An assessment to understand your strengths, interests, and areas of need

  • A personalized treatment plan with trackable and achievable goals, made based on the assessment and your input
  • Consistent 1:1 sessions at your home including a variety of music activities
  • Semi-annual progress reports ​to evaluate your progress and the treatment plan

Current pricing is $130 per 50 minute session, or $65 per 25 minute session

Individual Music Therapy

Individual Music Lessons

I also provide music lessons to students of any age, both neurotypical and neurodivergent! Music lessons should be accessible to everyone, and I have experience adapting lessons for students who may need additional support.

Individual music lessons include:

  • Beginner lessons for piano, guitar, voice, and ukulele

  • Focused instruction on your particular instrument, and a variety of activities to learn general music concepts

Current pricing is $80 per 60 minute lesson, or $40 per 30 minute lesson.

Group Music Therapy Sessions

Music therapy can also be beneficial in group settings! Whether for recreation or therapeutic benefit, I can help plan and lead music programs for groups in organizations such as schools, assisted living facilities, and more.

Individual Music Therapy

For recreational programs:

  • I will plan, bring materials for, and lead fun, engaging music activities at your site

Pricing varies based on location, number of participants, and duration.

For therapeutic programs:

  • Same services as a recreational program, with the added services of an assessment of the group’s strengths and areas of need
  • A treatment plan with goals for the group as a whole

  • Tailored sessions aimed at helping the group reach their goals (while still being engaging)
  • Tracking of the group’s progress

Pricing varies based on location, number of clients, and duration.
